• Current average turnaround times are for jobs submitted during business hours.
• Jobs submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the following business day.
• Jobs submitted within the stated turnaround time of the close of business will be processed on the following business day.

• Normal Business Hours: 9am-6pm ET, Monday – Friday
• Tax Season: 8am-8pm ET, Monday – Sunday
• Extension Season: 8am-8pm ET, Monday – Friday; and, 9am-5pm ET, Saturdays
