Follow the Steps Below to Start Streamlining Your Workflow!
Getting started is simple and easy. If you utilize a hosting provider, they will need to help with the installation of the GruntWorx Agent. More information can be found in the Quick Start Guide.
Step 1: Begin by logging into your GruntWorx account and adding a single client or import a CSV file of all your clients.
Step 2: If you plan to use GruntWorx for form population, click Download Agent in the top right corner of the Dashboard. Follow the instructions to install the GruntWorx Agent.
Step 3: Drag and drop or click into the dotted box on your client’s row to upload your client’s tax documents.
Step 4: Choose your product and click Submit!
Step 5: Once your documents are completed, download the Bookmarked.pdf and Pointsheet.xlsm. For Populate jobs, the Pointsheet contains all extracted data from the uploaded files.
Step 6: To import into UltraTax™, click Populate on the Diagnostics tab of the spreadsheet. Watch the data populate into the Source Data Entry in real time!
Step 7: Then open your client’s return and accept the records from data sharing.
