Step 1: Begin by logging into your GruntWorx account and adding a single client or import a CSV file of all your clients.
Step 2: Drag and drop or click into the dotted box on your client’s row to upload your client’s tax documents.
Step 3: Choose your product/s and click Submit!
Step 4: Once your documents are completed, download the Bookmarked.pdf.
Step 5: If you added Trades, you can now import the Excel® file Pointsheet.xlsm containing all extracted 1099-B data into your tax software using the designated import wizard.

Organize is our base product and is included with every single job submitted to GruntWorx. This product automates the process for organizing and bookmarking tax documents. Upload your client’s tax documents and GruntWorx Organize sorts, labels and bookmarks the pages into the order of a standard 1040. The Organized & Bookmarked PDF is searchable, making record retention and recall a breeze.
Trades helps you automatically import capital gains from a year-end brokerage statement or federal form 1099-B into your client’s Schedule D. Choose Trade Details to have every line item extracted or Trade Summary to have category totals extracted.
These products can be used in either GruntWorxLITE or VERIFIED Service.
GruntWorxLITE Service includes technology only. Choose to add on Trade Details or Trade Summary at no extra cost. Because there is no human data review provided by GruntWorx, users are responsible for the accuracy of the data that is imported. The Self-Validation Tool is provided to you to quickly and easily check each page for quality.
