Turnaround Time Expectations

Turnaround times for Validated GruntWorx jobs vary throughout the season. Please be prepared for any adjustments needed and set reasonable expectations.
Available on our website is a current turnaround time page. This is updated daily to provide you with the most up-to-date wait time.
Please know that we are continually working on minimizing turnaround times throughout the season.

Early in the tax season you can expect jobs to be returned in 24 hours or less.
Turnaround times will start increasing by the end of February and will continue to increase until April 7th when they return to 1-2 day turnaround times.

Alternative Options

GruntWorx also offers LITE products, which have a turnaround time of just minutes. Organize LITE provides you with a bookmarked PDF and the Populate
LITE product provides you with a data import file. Trades products can be added to the Populate LITE jobs at no extra cost! Just remember – this information is not reviewed for accuracy.

If needed, you can choose to rush your Validated job by adding the Expedited option. This works like priority shipping – the job moves to a priority queue and will be processed the same day.
There is a 100% expedited fee to use this service.

If you find you no longer need our services for a particular client, you cancel a job at any time. You will not be charged for the job, and it will be removed from processing.
