Duties and Responsibilities
Outbound sales of GruntWorx
Selling GruntWorx within the tax preparation industry
Meeting daily & weekly outbound call metrics
Performing demos to prospects
Creating and performing webinars to prospects
Sending email and to prospects
Managing GruntWorx sales personnel
Ensuring consistency in messaging and communications with prospects
Driving the sales organization to meet revenue goals
Overseeing the sales organization call metrics
Managing the use of React & Account Manager to ensure accuracy in reporting
Customer support backup
Help support and onboard new customers
Provide phone support during peak tax season
Collaborate with Development & IT operations to ensure current and future customer needs are being addressed
Overseeing Marketing Campaigns
Contributing to design and content of Marketing emails, videos and printed collateral
Administrating the Marketing calendar
Working with 3rd party vendors on Marketing sponsorship programs
Tradeshow Management
Coordinating attendance and sales personnel at tradeshows
Ensuring booths and collateral are shipped to and from tradeshows
Performing demos and presentations to customers at tradeshows or via sponsorships

Education & Experience
Phone sales experience
Consultative selling
Experience with outbound calls
Working knowledge of a CRM
College education
Tax industry knowledge preferred but not required
